Shipping Policy

We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping process.

1. Processing & Cut-off Times

Orders placed on business days are processed in our warehouse as quickly as possible. Please note the cut-off times per courier:

  • bpost & GLS: Orders placed before 22:00 (10 PM) are processed and handed over to the courier the exact same day.

  • PostNL: PostNL collects parcels from our warehouse between 17:00 and 19:00 (5 PM – 7 PM). To have your order shipped the same day via PostNL, please order before 17:00. Orders placed via PostNL after 17:00 will be handed over on the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

In most cases, your package will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days (within Belgium and neighboring countries). Once the courier collects your parcel, exact delivery times depend on their network and schedule.

3. Track & Trace

As soon as your order has been processed and picked up by the courier, you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Belgium: 

    • 1 boxes: € 10,99
    • 2-4 boxes: € 19,99
    • 5-8 boxes: € 29,99
    • 9 boxes and more: € 39,99

     

  • International / Neighboring countries: 

    • 1-4 boxes: € 29,99
    • 5 and more boxes: € 39,99
